Parking will be on a first-come/first-served basis. You will be able to park in the Parking Deck. |

When is the last day that I can reserve a room on campus for housing? |
Friday, May 5th. After May 5th if you need on campus housing, please email alumni@njit.edu |

When can I check into my room on campus? When can I check out? |
Check in times: Friday, May 19th - 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM; Saturday, May 20th - 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Check out time: Sunday, May 21st - 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM |

Will there be shuttle service from hotels to campus? |
Shuttle service will be provided from select hotels. A detailed shuttle schedule will be provided prior to Alumni Weekend. |

Will there be transportation on campus? |
Golf carts will be readily available to provide transportation between major events on campus. |

Is there a refund policy? |
The deadline to receive a refund for your registration is five (5) business days before Alumni Weekend -- Friday, May 12. Registration cancellations received prior to the deadline are eligible to receive a full refund without the service fee (i.e., 50% of your purchases). |
