Where can I park?
Parking will be on a first-come/first-served basis. You will be able to park in the Parking Deck.
 
Is there a parking map?
Yes. Please follow this link for a map of the parking lots.
 
When is the last day that I can reserve a room on campus for housing?
Friday, May 5th. After May 5th if you need on campus housing, please email alumni@njit.edu
 
When can I check into my room on campus? When can I check out?
Check in times: Friday, May 19th - 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM; Saturday, May 20th - 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Check out time: Sunday, May 21st - 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
 
Will there be shuttle service from hotels to campus?
Shuttle service will be provided from select hotels. A detailed shuttle schedule will be provided prior to Alumni Weekend.
 
Will there be transportation on campus?
Golf carts will be readily available to provide transportation between major events on campus.
 
Is there a refund policy?
The deadline to receive a refund for your registration is five (5) business days before Alumni Weekend -- Friday, May 12. Registration cancellations received prior to the deadline are eligible to receive a full refund without the service fee (i.e., 50% of your purchases).
